BATAAS includes former students from ETC, PTTC, P.S.S. Mbengwi, PSS Batibo, and PHS Batibo. The association welcomes anyone who has lived on Guka Hill for a minimum of one year, irrespective of their educational completion at that campus. Aligned with the overarching mission, BATAANS unite to celebrate their shared heritage, utilize their resources, explore ways to attain the vision they have for their Alma Mater, and implement projects aimed at sustaining P.H.S. Batibo's reputation as one of the premier educational institutions in Cameroon, thus providing support to an institution that established a strong foundation and instilled in them the discipline, knowledge, and survival skills essential to becoming who they are today.
BATAANS also look inwardly, by providing mutual assistance to each other, act as mentors to young Bataans, as well as current students at P.H.S. Batibo. The alma mater also carries out projects that are beneficial to all its members, such as operating a microfinance institution (BATSCCUL) can foster the growth of its members, affiliates and the general public.
Bataans regroup regularly in different branches in Cameroon and abroad. At the moment, there are 13 active branches. Classmates also come together to share their experiences and relive their experiences on campus
Each year, there is an Annual General Meeting bring together all the Branches in order to take stock of the activities of the past year and plan for the future. This meeting is usually hosted by a Bataan branch. During the AGM, funds are raised to carry out projects on campus geared towards making life easy and comfortable for current students.
